and maple syrup.

CHEESE BOARD & CHARCUTERIE

Selection of cheese such as Brie,
Cheddar, Grana Padano, Mexican
cheese, and goat cheese served with
walnuts, dried figs, grapes, and prunes.
Parma ham, salami, chorizo, and
honey-glazed ham served with
cornichons and silver skin onions.
Traditional breads, olive oil, balsamic
vinegar, Kalamata olives, green olives,
grissini, and water biscuits.

CEREALS AND FRUITS

Selection of cereals, Homemade
Granola, Greek yoghurt, Compotes;
mixed berries, blueberry, apple and
cinnamon. Selection of fresh fruit cuts.

HOT SECTION

Selection of quiches; broccoli and
stilton, smoked duck and brie, smoked
salmon and leeks, Kedgeree, Spanish
